I have been working at the company for five years. What attracted me was the possibility of single-shift operation and the fact that I work independently at my workstation. It was a challenge for me – never before had I operated machines, but I wanted to give it a try. Over time, I moved on to assembling units for edge-banding machines, and for the past year I have also been involved in printing documentation and labels for the machines produced at our Nekoř facility.
I enjoy the variety of tasks and also appreciate other benefits, such as free lunches provided by the company with a choice of several dishes.
Thanks to this job, I have learned a lot of new things, met new colleagues, and even made friends.
