I joined MECAWEL eight years ago. I was immediately impressed by the friendly atmosphere of this family-run company where we meet with the owners daily and can actively influence the company’s operations. I appreciate the focus on fair relationships, open communication, and the willingness to listen to new ideas.
Thanks to the great team, fair approach, and shared values – such as care for the environment and emphasis on sustainability – I genuinely enjoy coming to work. In such an environment, my work truly has a meaning. I started on a junior position and gradually gained more experience and responsibilities. A year ago, I became the head accountant – my professional dream came true. I am grateful for the trust put in me and for the opportunity to continue growing right here.
