Our sales department has taken another important step towards modernization and process automation. We have started using artificial intelligence to enter orders into our K2 company system.
Every year, we process nearly 12,000 orders. Until recently, this was a completely manual and routine task. Thanks to the implementation of AI, the system now independently processes more than 60% of all orders.
We did not choose a blanket automation approach. Instead, we focused primarily on recurring orders from selected customers, where artificial intelligence can deliver the greatest efficiency and time savings.
The entire process is now fully operational, and we continue to develop and improve it. We are learning, fine-tuning details, and continuously optimizing the system. Some days everything runs flawlessly, while on others human supervision is still necessary. This is a natural part of implementing new technologies in real business operations.
Even now, we can already see clear benefits:
- approximately 30% faster order processing, with a long-term goal of reaching up to 90%
- more time for important and value-added activities
- reduction of routine administrative work and related stress
- lower risk of errors caused by manual data entry
- gradual reduction of unnecessary document printing
And this is only the beginning. In the future, we plan to gradually integrate AI into other processes as well, such as invoice processing and order confirmations.
Our goal is not to replace people, but to support them. We want to eliminate unnecessary routine tasks and create more space for work that brings real value.
